Projects: Hendley II

Hendley II is a joint venture with the city of Odessa, Texas to develop 53 working-class homes. Several companies responded to the Request for Proposal (RFP) from the city and Green Eagles Development was chosen to lead the much-needed project. 

Each home is designed to be affordable and energy efficient so that the homeowners get value both at the time or purchase and after they move in. Odessa’s thriving economy has created a real need for housing and the Hendley II development will go a long way in meeting this need.

Directions

Hendley II is located at the intersection of Fitch Avenue and Laredo Drive in Southwestern Odessa.

From I 20, exit Grandview/Pool and go north on Grandview to Laredo Drive. 

Turn left on Laredo and the development will be on your right.
